HW due Tuesday:

1. Have your choice narrative nonfiction book in class for silent reading

2. If you have not already done so, complete the following assignment that was due Monday. I will be collecting this tomorrow:

Some of the reasons for homework include reinforcing or practicing what we are working on in class, practicing a consistent routine, building self-ownership, organization, and advocacy habits, and preparing students for next steps in their schooling. Given all that...

a. Essential Question - Should Michael's class have consistent weekend homework?
b. Assignment Question - If we no longer have weekend homework, how can Michael be sure that he is reaching the goals listed above?
